IMG00529-20100623-2247 - June 23, 2010: Heading to the hospital at about 10pm. Mommy's serious, because contractions are coming on strong. Not like our false start trip to hospital on June 21, this time it's for real.

IMG_4556 - June 24, 2010: Ian gets weighed right after his 9:15am birth. Although labor was only 14 hours, Jen says the 31 hour labor for Jonah was easier.

IMG_4557 - June 24, 2010: The reason Ian's labor, although 1/2 as long, was harder: Jonah was 20" (Ian was 22") and Jonah was only 6lb 9oz. Jen was exhausted.

IMG_4561 - June 24, 2010: Looking around for the first time. Ian was amazingly calm, and in fact didn't cry during the startle test (much to the shock of the nurse).

IMG_4574 - June 24, 2010: A very proud (and tired) Daddy. Ian was born in the same hospital, same delivery room, with the same doctor, as Jonah.

IMG_4576 - June 24, 2010: A very tired Jen meets Ian for the first time. We're both shocked at his size.

IMG_4581 - June 24, 2010: Ian after his first bath. He stopped crying right after the water, and really enjoyed having his hair brushed. Yes, those are size 1 (not newborn) diapers.

IMG_4602 - June 24, 2010: A still awed Daddy. Yes, the hat and shirt were planned for birth.
